Get to Know Dr. Sprowls

Matthew W. Sprowls, D.D.S., M.S.D.

Dr. Matt grew up in Warren County. After high school, he went to college and graduated from Indiana University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Following college, he was accepted to I.U. School of Dentistry. He graduated from dental school, with honors, in May 2000. Dr. Matt was in the top five of his dental school class of 100 students. Furthermore, as a result of outstanding academic achievement, he was inducted into OKU national honorary dental society. He was accepted into an orthodontic residency at Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2000. During his residency, he also served as a clinical and lab instructor to dental students. With academic and clinical excellence, and published research, he finished his residency and received a Master of Science degree in May 2002. He has been providing personalized, attentive orthodontic care since 2002.

Dr. Matt is a member of the: American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Keely Dental Society, World Federation of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists and the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Matt knows that there are life-long benefits to having a beautiful, healthy smile. Using state-of-the-art technology, methodology and equipment, he is able to provide quality treatment to people of all ages. Early treatment in children is emphasized in order to ensure that young teeth and jaws develop correctly and to minimize the need for tooth extractions whenever possible. To keep abreast of the latest developments in orthodontic care, Dr. Matt attends continuing education courses on an ongoing basis far beyond the state requirements. Dr. Matt is professional, truly caring and dedicated to his patients.
