Foods that can damage your brackets and wires include hard foods, sticky foods, and foods high in sugar content. Dr. Sprowls and his friendly, caring team put together a list of foods to avoid, as well as some tips and tricks to abide by, while wearing your braces around Springboro, Centerville, Middletown and the surrounding communities.
